Jones is experienced and self-motivated Metallurgical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in Processing Plant Operations, Capital Projects and Plant Design. He can develop production methods and systems, implement and monitor short to medium term plans, with an excellent understanding in production management. With leadership, technical direction and with knowledge in development of strategic career paths and succession planning for subordinates and skill in Risk Assessment/Management, Occupational Health, Safety and Environment. He has the ability to evaluate project programs and prioritise planned activities to meet deadline, identify problems and develop strategies to solve them in a unique manner is among his strength and competences. Jones rose through the ranks from plant foreman to Processing Plant Operations Manager whilst working for AngloGold Ashanti in Obuasi-Ghana.
